Michael Jackson's father Joe has suffered a stroke.
The show-business patriarch was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.
A spokeswoman for the 84-year-old said he suffered a mild stroke.

Angel Howansky said he went to a Las Vegas hospital late Wednesday night when he had trouble standing up and walking.
She says the was having pains in his head but reports he is feeling fine and should be released on today.
He was lucid enough to call a friend, who then drove him to the hospital.
Mr Jackson's wife, Katherine, is reportedly on her way to Las Vegas to be with him.
He has maintained a residence there for many years while his wife lives in Los Angeles, where she cares for the late pop star's children.
Miss Howansky says Jackson has had small strokes at least twice before this.

Switzerland is the best place to be born in the world in 2013 new research shows.
People born in Switzerland will tend to be the happiest and have the best quality of life judged in terms of wealth, health and trust in public institutions.
The Scandinavian countries of Norway, Sweden and Denmark also all make the top five in a 'quality-of-life' index highlighting where it is best to be born next year.
The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), a sister company of The Economist, attempts to measure which country will provide the best opportunities for a healthy, safe and prosperous life in years to come.

Their index links the results of subjective life-satisfaction surveys - how happy people say they are - to objective determinants of quality of life across countries.
One of the most important factors is being rich, but other factors come into play - including crime, trust in public institutions and the health of family life.
In total, the index takes into account 11 indicators.
These include fixed factors such as geography, others that change slowly over time such as demography, social and cultural characteristics, and the state of the world economy.

The index also looks at income per head in 2030, which is roughly when children born in 2013 will reach adulthood.
Small economies dominate the top 10 countries, with Australia coming second and New Zealand and the Netherlands not too far behind.
Half of the top 10 countries are European, but only one, the Netherlands, is from the euro-zone.
The crisis-ridden south of Europe, including Greece, Portugal and Spain, lags behind despite the advantage of a favourable climate.

Interestingly, the largest European economies - Germany, France and Britain - do not do particularly well.

Ministers of UK are trying to bring married couples tax break over gay marriage.

Ministers are considering bringing in tax breaks for married couples as soon as next spring to try and appease Tory backbenchers over gay marriage.
Conservative sources say they want to introduce transferrable allowances - worth around £150 a year - as part of the 2013 Budget.
The controversial move will spark a huge row with their Lib Dem coalition partners, who are against the plans. But it would help placate Tory MPs who are angry about David Cameron’s insistence on legalising gay marriage.
It emerged last week that the law allowing same-sex marriage is to be fast tracked - with a vote happening as early as January. 

But any fast-tracking of the introduction of the marriage tax break - long promised by the Conservatives - could help reduce the size of the rebellion by showing backbenchers that they still have the interest of traditional couples at heart.
A senior Tory source told the Sunday Telegraph: ‘We will do this - the likeliest option is in the Budget.’
The measure would allow married stay-at-home parents to transfer part of their tax-free allowance to a working spouse, saving some four million married couples around £150 a year.
Backbenchers were quick to welcome any signs of a move.
Nick de Bois, secretary of the 1922 committee, said: ‘Introducing a married couples’ transferable allowance is a progressive tax that will help make work pay for households getting back to work and support families throughout the country.
‘This would be a welcome return to recognising hard-working families through the tax system.’
At least three Cabinet ministers have indicated they strongly support the speeding up of the plans. Gay married couples would also benefit from the tax break.

Pakistan suspends mobile networks over fears of attacks

Pakistan's authorities are suspending mobile phone services in major cities to prevent sectarian violence during key Shia Muslim commemorations.

More than 90% of bombs are detonated by attackers using phones, officials say.
In some areas, motorbikes carrying passengers have been banned because of fears that this is how attackers could be brought to their targets.
Attacks on minority Shia by hard-line Sunnis have increased in recent months across Pakistan.
In the deadliest attack this week, 23 people were killed at a Shia procession in the city of Rawalpindi.
Aerial surveillance On Friday, mobile phone services were temporarily blocked in parts of the capital Islamabad, the southern port city of Karachi, and in Quetta in the south-east.
The authorities said that more areas would be cut off over the weekend - the climax of the holy month of Muharram for Shias.
"More than 90% of bomb blasts have been carried out through mobile sims," Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik told reporters.
"Most recently, all the blasts that occurred in the last 15 days were mobile phone-based," he added.
Thousands of extra police are also being deployed and aerial surveillance will be carried out to monitor Shia processions across the country.
Muharram marks the anniversary of the battle where the grandson of the Prophet Mohammad was killed.

Curtis Jackson, who goes by the name 50 Cent, grew up in South Jamaica, Queens, lent a hand to feed Sandy victims at the Our Table is Yours event at the Cipriani Restaurant in Lower Manhattan on Wednesday.

"Having Sandy hit New York -- you wanna get out and make sure everybody understands that you care about it," he said.

The event provided meals to more than 1,000 New Yorkers impacted by Superstorm Sandy and was a collaborative effort between Food Bank for New York City, Feeding America, the Food Network, the Cooking Channel and Southern Wine and Spirits of America.

Rapper huyo kutoka New Orleans amesema kwa muda aliokaa kwenye game hii umepelekea kuwa na passion ya kufanya mambo mengine lakini yaliyo ndani ya muziki huu huu.

“Najua wote nyie mnataka niendelee kuwepo kwa muda zaidi lakini “The Carter V” ndo albam yangu  ya mwisho. Nimekuwa niki-rap tangu nina miaka 8 na nina miaka 30 sasa…huu ni muda mrefu…na nataka nifanye vitu vingine vingi zaidi…na nnapokuwa nataka kufanya jambo huwa nakuwa na haraka sana…napenda kufanya kitu…ninatazama hicho hicho tu…na unaweza kuwa sio”..alimazila Lil Wayne.

50 cent & Birdman warudisha kwa jamii.

Ni kama ndoto vile mtu mzima 50 Cent na Birdman wameweka beef pembeni na kutoa kama shukurani kwa waturuki.

Marapper hawa wenye majina makubwa kwenye HipHop duniani wamechukuwa time yao kutoa asante yao kwa kuwalisha watu wa jamii zao.

Fifty akiwa ameungana na ‘Feeding America’, the Food Neywork na SMS Audio amekula chakula cha pamoja na wahanga wa kimbunga cha sandy kwenye event iliyopewa jina la “Our Table Is Yours” ambayo ilisimamiwa na Cipriani Restaurant huko Manhattan.

Wakati Fifty akifanya hayo Birdman yeye ameungana na mwana hisa mwenzake ambaye ni kaka Ronald “Slim” Williams na kutoa turkeys 2000 kwa familia mbalimbali huko New Orleans. Kwa Birdman huu ni kama utamaduni wake wa kila mwisho wa mwaka. Mwaka jana Lil Wayne aliungana nae.

Tarehe 22 Nov ya kila mwaka ni siku ya asante duniani, siku ambayo mtu yeyote mwenye kutambua thamani wa mtu mwingine anajiandaa kusema asante kwa mtu huyo au jamii fulani kusema tu kwa mdomo au kutoa chochote kama ishara ya kutambua mchango kwake.
