Jay-Z Didn't Threaten To Finish My Career, Chris Brown Says

Chris Brown has a ton of hit records; he has a ton of rumors surrounding him too. Actually, if you added it up, the speculation that surrounds Breezy may outweigh the gold in his discography, but don't believe every rumor you hear, says Brown, especially the one where Jay-Z threatened to end his career.
According to the tabloids, Jay-Z, who manages Rihanna through his Roc Nation empire, isn't too fond of the flame that Breezy and the pop princess have been rekindling following the 2009 incident where Brown attacked Rih Rih. Things reportedly got a bit testy when Hov pulled Chris backstage at the Barclays and told the singer that if he hurt the Bajan beauty again, he would end his career.
Never happened, says Brown. "People like to take it and run with it, because they have nothing else," the "Deuces" singer said of the rumors that surround him.
For the record, Chris stated earlier in the week that he and the "We Found Love" singer are just friends and definitely not an item.
During his interview on Big Boy's Neighborhood, CB dished on everything, so much so that Power 106 cut the interview into several parts. On the topic of his infamous bottle-brawl with Drake, Brown kept things tight-lipped. "Only reason I can't talk about that is because we're dealing with some legal stuff," he said referencing the multiple lawsuits that have risen since the incident.
Things are clearly frosty between the two stars, but Breezy didn't divulge in beef. "We don't talk about other guys. We just focus on the music," he said.
